Hi,
Maybe I do not understand your problem correctly, but I think you can do
this with fslview, but all images must have the same size. In this case
you can load your first subjects data and use the File-menu Add-Option
to include all others. The Tools Menu allows you to open a set of
different views within the fslview window, Orthographic (Ctrl+O) or
Single (Ctrl+1) might be your choice. You can deselect all images of
subjects of no interest by double clicking the eye symbol next to the
list of files (bottom of the view-window). Now the cursor is locked for
all views. You still need to set the zoom Factor manually, but the
locked cursor between two orthographic views is a very nice option to
compare e.g. the quality of coregistrations.
