You might also want to cut the fibers once they enter into the centrum
semiovale (using something like FiberViewer). Aside from the tapetum, it's
typically pretty hard to get callosal tractography connecting cortex that
lies outside the midline regions. Even though you can get reliable
probability distributions from CC fibers connecting these midline regions,
if you're trying to characterize ALL connections running through the CC you
might want to restrict your tractography to the body.
