Hi Amelia -
Just to add to Markus's comment: I guess you meant that you were using
bedpostx rather than dtifit? I.e. fitting the multiple compartment
model rather than the diffusion tensor model to the data?
In dtifit you do not need to name the brain mask as nodif_brain_mask,
unless you are using the GUI and feeding a directory name as an input.
