Hi, all. I'm trying to use FSLView to show the results of a contrast map
overlayed on a mean anatomical image. I'd like to specify one LUT for the
positive activations, and one LUT for the negative activations. This is
possible from the "info" button on the layer, but I can't figure out how to
do it from the command line.
fslview <anatomical.img> <contrast.img> -l "Red-Yellow" -b 3 5
gets me the positive side of it, but how can I tell the program that I want
a symmetric negative side that's "Blue-Lightblue" without using the GUI?
(I know I could add another layer, but it's very convenient to change the
thresholds simultaneously.)
Thanks!
Todd
