Hi Chris,
Perhaps I misunderstand the question but the euclidean distance is
pretty easy to get from fslview. If you have two points, then take
their voxel coordinates and compute:
dist (in voxels) = sqrt[(x1 -x2)^2 + (y1 - y2)^2 + (z1-z2)^2]
if you have isotropic voxel sizes, then simply multiply the distance
in voxels by the voxel size to get the distance in mm. If they are
not isotropic, then it's just easier to use the mm coordinate (rather
than voxel) in the same equation.
