Hi All,
I am trying to find out if FSL or some other 3-D party software (in Windows
or Linux) can measure the distance between landmarks in a 3-D image. I have
seen that the DICOM header contains info about the actual distance between
pixels and so measuring distance in a 2-D image is possible (by working out
angles etc)
However I am unaware if there is a package out there that can measure
distance in a 3-D image, possibly by setting a x,y,z origin (0,0,0) at
somewhere like the nasion and then measuring positions and voxels with
reference to that point?
Any information on it would be appreciated,
Many thanks,
Chris
