Dear FSL experts
I tried to split up a 4D NIFTI DTI file, but the following warning/error
occurred:
[Macintosh-3:BrainEgo_New/DTI_1/ha_16112008_1334260_4_1_dti_high_iso_esV41]
juergenhaenggi% fslsplit ha_16112008_1334260_4_1_dti_high_iso_esV41-0001.nii
-t
++ WARNING:
nifti_read_buffer(ha_16112008_1334260_4_1_dti_high_iso_esV41-0001.nii):
data bytes needed = 1881600
data bytes input = 0
number missing = 1881600 (set to 0)
[Macintosh-3:BrainEgo_New/DTI_1/ha_16112008_1334260_4_1_dti_high_iso_esV41]

What does it mean? Is it a memory problem?
This 4D file was created using r2agui.m., an extension for SPM.
Is there also a .par/.rec (Philips) to NIFTI or ANALYZE converter in FSL?
Regards
Juergen
