nifti_tool is a tool that can be used to display and modify the NIFTI
header.
nifti_tool -mod_hdr -prefix dnew -infiles dset0.nii \
-mod_field dim '4 64 64 20 30 1 1 1 1'
nifti_tool is distributed with the nifti library and is included in
the AFNI software package.
