The Biostatistics Unit, University of Leeds is offering the above one day course on Wednesday, 3 December 2008.
This 1 day course offers an introduction to multilevel modelling. The pitfalls of ignoring data hierarchy are outlined. Single-level regression is briefly reviewed, before extending to a two-level model. The MLwiN software package is introduced. A clinical example is used illustrate the concepts covered.
The course is suitable for delegates with an interest in research allied to health service research, epidemiology, medicine, dentistry, nursing, or psychology, who are already familiar with single-level (standard) regression.
The cost is £195 for delegates external to the University of Leeds.
