From the following link, I think you should be able to view an interesting documentary that was shown on British TV on Monday night (which was my birthday, but I can't get away from health policy...). The programme is called the Price of Life, and highlights, I think, how academics, practitioners and policy makers perhaps ought to be challenging more vigorously the pricing of pharmaceutical products. It also shows that at least some of the patient lobby groups are reluctant to challenge the companies over this matter, but I'll leave you to draw your own (pretty obvious) conclusions on why this may be the case.
