Imagining Geopolitics: Goldsmiths’ Centre for Research Architecture
The ideas coming out of architecture schools can seem a million miles from
the nitty-gritty of everyday architectural practice, but they are often
where new thinking originates. Chaired by Indy Johar, Eyal Weizman, Shumon
Basar and Paulo Tavares engage in an open round-table discussion about the
intersection of violence, the built environment and its representation. They
question whether research and its aesthetic/spatial mobilization could
become a mode of political practice.
