I suggest that Corelis' comment was an epigram that was not meant to
bear the weight of seriousness, nor was it written to expose some Great
Truth. The fact that two people (so far) have reacted furiously against
its author suggests something disturbing, i.e., that they find
themselves wounded by a meaningless statistical game.
