am. It is a Press Release: US State Department. Given the multiplicity
of types of marriages and familial relations in Africa that do not
depend on biological relationships, should not the state department be
confronted with some alternative evidence to counter the blanket
accusation of fraud in family reunion cases? We call on anthropologists
to respond.
