Thank you for the aal which is smp5 compatible. It works fine with my set
up!
By the way, do you know of a fast, straightforward way to convert the
content of aal output (with all the labels) which appears in the SPM
Graphics window?
Normally, for the SPM results table, I can just right click on the table
and chose ‘print the table’, or something along these lines and the results
table appears in the Matlab Command window in text format.
For the AAL I ended up saving it as a PDF file and then importing it to MS
Word which is quite time consuming.
