dear FSL users,
I need to create a mask as -refweights in flirt command. I did the following
steps:
1. I opened my original image using FSL view, I used the create mask option.
However, creating the mask by pen is very difficult. I mean I want to have a
sphere, cube or such a shapes in the center of my volume (3-D image) as a
mask. I couldn't create it by pen. Is there any other method to create it. Is
there any command in fsl that creates a sample mask of sphere with radius 50?
2. Is it possible to create an artifitial Nifti (or other formats) that is readable
by fsl? I mean if I want to create a sample nifti file containing an artifitial
mask, is it possible to crate the file with an editors such as text editors?
3. Is there any command in FSL for comparing the result of two registration
methods from the similarity measure point of view (e.g. information based
similarity metric)? Or, with option in the flirt command will show the result of
the metric value to me.
Thanks in advance,
Siamak
