Dear Antanas,
Please look at the manual for 'Importing arbitrary data' and look at
the example script mentioned there. The GUI only recognizes common raw
data formats and formats of other analysis packages. There is
definitely no way for it to recognize some Matlab file you saved. I'm
afraid you'll have to do some work.
As to the Java figures this definitely has something to do with your
Matlab settings. I leave it to better experts than me to advise you on
the solution.
