Hi Camilo
Your question is a little bit confusing. Normally you would have a
single image of the brain at each time point. This is a 3-dimensional
representation of all of the voxels in the brain. You can display
this image using axial, sagittal, or coronal slices, but it's still
the same data—i.e., the same single image of the brain.
So, unless you have a very unusual scanning sequence, you should add
all of your functional images from each session during realignment.
