Pete Vukusic from the University of Exeter will explore nature’s use of colour and its applications in technology, from feathers to fish scales and cosmetics to camouflage.
The BA Isambard Kingdom Brunel Award Lecture, Sunday 26 October, 2pm - 3pm, Manchester Museum
Climate change: what space can teach us about planet Earth
Maggie Aderin will look at climate change from a whole new angle as we find out how space scientists like Maggie make science count in the battle against climate change.
