'No Jab...No School' When should the state dictate our health decisions?

35% of people in the UK believe that schools should have the right to
exclude children who have not been vaccinated according to an ICM poll
commissioned by Nowgen and published today.
Should British schools have the right to exclude children who have not
been vaccinated against measles, mumps and rubella, as they do in some
states of the USA?
Nowgen is hosting this free evening event as part of its wider
contribution to the Manchester Science Festival, to discuss the role of
the individual and the state in making health choices.
Radio 4 presenter Quentin Cooper will chair this topical debate around
vaccination (MMR, HPV) and the state's role in promoting health
messages.
