I am so pleased by the success of the anthology project, including the emergence of lurkers such as Nathan Hondros and Renee Ashley. It was hard work, though, because there were four of us on three different continents and we had no coordinator. That suggestd to me that we elect or appoint a projects manager (with an assistant, prefrerably), who could both screen projects for the co-managers and/or bring them to fruition ultimately; someone who's a good administrator and who knows the list very well--someone like Alison, for instance.
What do you think?
