There is a simple way to do this ...
The easiest way to get a hard-copy of the anthology is with a duplex printer and a Dahl 515 guillotine, and a stapler that punches through forty pages of 100 gm paper (the anthology is 150 pages long, so think 160/4=40 -- not exactly rocket science).
I'll try to physically snailmail post a hard copy (not Hardback) to Pat the Man anon.

[Actually, you *need neither a duplex printer not a Dahl -- a simple inkjet with the paper re-fed, and a Stanley knife works too.]
{Aside to Pat -- set Word to Duplex Left Binding -- if you have a bog-standard inkjet, simply over-ride the settings and feed the paper in backwards. Rodent}
I don't know if there's a way round punching a staple through 40 sheets of paper other than investing in a heavy-duty stapler, but as The Neanderthal binds his own books in mammoth leather, he'd prolly know better than me.

Now this is just what I would be after!!!! POD presumably POD means print on
demand not printing on pea shells? Print costs postage rates etc could be
sorted -anyone here got experience in this sort of thing ??
