Thank you both very much. Judy, 'matrices' is the plural of 'matrix'. I
hear the term used such a lot that it is easy for me to forget that it is
not in most people's vocab. Matrices are used a lot in business theory in
an attempt to show patterns/connections between aspects of a business.
Most of them are absolute bollocks but they make things neat and they look
nice.
I work in a University Business School btw. Hence my cynicism ;-)
