We haven't had this reported. The only problem we have experienced has been identified as 2 sided finishing at networked printers that do not have internal memory - caused by the network not being able to handle pdf page stacking to allow double-sided. We advise everyone to print single-sided (the paper conscious can always choose to print 2 pages on a single sheet ie: at A5 reduction).
Potentially this could be your network causing the problem - try single-sided as an output. Also try printing a pdf from another source (eg: your e-journals). If there's no problem, this may discount network and file format (pdf) as a cause and could be suggestive that the problem lies in ADE.

PS: One other thought - had they authorised computer or not? In theory shouldn't make a difference, but in practice might!
(The theory is that theory and practice are the same; in practice they are not!)

Dear all,
Are there any other intsitutions who have started to experience printing
problems when using SED with ADE?
Staff have managed to install ADE and then when they receive their ILL's they
select to print them and it prints out 1 page stating 'Error: typecheck' then
lists Stack codes / commands.
Has anyone else encountered this and if so are there any work arounds to
solving this problem?
Thanks,
Marie
