italian-studies: Scholarly discussions in any field of Italian studies
Dear Roy (if I may)
your proposal sounds very interesting. I've had various proposals and
I'm currently trying to find out how the conference organisers would
view the idea of two panels on 'Love in Italy'. I think yours could fit
very well with something I'm planning to do myself and another paper
that has been suggested. In the meantime, could you let me have a brief
abstract of your paper?
Given your interest in the period, I wonder if you've come across the
articles I've published on advice columns (and marriage, the family etc)
during the 1950s? I could send you copies if you haven't seen them and
you're interested.
