Call for Registration
A one-day groundwater conference considering the impacts of climatic extremes on groundwater resources and groundwater quality within UK and North European aquifers. The meeting will include presentations on groundwater flooding as well as on water scarcity and drought.
Registration costs: Members £20, Non-members £40.00, Students £5. Drinks reception £8. Pay on the door. Coffee, tea and biscuits provided. Pre-registration is required for this meeting. To register, send an email entitled 'Groundwater and Extreme Events ' to Carole Sharratt, British Geological Survey ([log in to unmask]) indicating: (i) name, (ii) affiliation, (iii) Geol Soc membership (if applicable). Please register by 21st November 2008 to facilitate catering.
