Dear FSL experts
I tried to save masks derived from the ROIs of the FSL atlases. When I used
"create mask" and then saved this mask, it is empty (or at least invisible)
and cannot be used as a seed region for tractography in probtrackx. When I
saved the ROIs directly (without creating a mask), I get what I want and
tractography works. However, this image is not a binary one.
Is there any problem when using such an image, instead of a binary image, as
a seed region in tractography? Or how to force the mask to become visible?
Thanks
Regards
Juergen
