The problem is a bit different than I first described. After more
testing, the crash happens both with the GUI and script, and is specific
to our Linux machines with CenOS 5 running version 4.1. Further, I only
experience the error with large functional datasets. It works fine
either with datasets ranging from 345 - 4140 timepoints, but not 6210.
We're inputting this huge dataset to look at across session effects. So
this sounds like a memory error, except the machines have 32GB of RAM
and quad core processors. Further, this is specific to Linux and 4.1, as
the design runs without errors on OSX and ran perfectly under Linux when
using FSL 4.0. Thoughts?
Cheers
