Could you please share anything that may come in on this as I too am
looking at this as part of our new build.
I used to be the chef manager many years ago, we then went outsourced
but I am very disappointed in the service so far.

provision and I would be grateful for any views, comments from Colleges
who have contemplated or returned to inhouse catering. Good or bad

involved for cancellation of existing contracts, recruitment of
additional
