none of the SR reports and software should be trusted unless you can
convince yourself from first principles.

The CLR-10 system was working well and was giving out results we could all
deal with. All they had to sort out was the HCV for BaP and give some real
world guidance on how to use the output.
Heads should roll at the EA & DEFRA over the way the new system has been
implemented.
It's a complete shambles and consultants & EHOs have been left to pick up the
mess.
Ian Martin got a hard time at the NW forum, and rightly so.
