Landmark may have published a map of potential UXO sites in the country
but it isn't all of them
I contacted them earlier in the year regarding post ww2 aerial
photography they have used to map the site (they have looked at crater
lines and placed a mark where a crater was missing) but the photos do
not cover the whole of the country they only have photos for around 10%
of the 650km2 my district
Thanks

Subject: WW2 UXO Mapping by Landmark Info Grp
Dear All,
Just watched a report on BBC Scotland using Greenock as an example but
Landmark have just published a map of all potential sites in the UK
where UXO may require to be considered (we have a couple of sites here
with eye witness accounts of what didn't go bang but were safely
defused). If you go to the BBC site and follow the links for Scottish
News you will find the article and watch it again. No doubt Landmark IS
should have a press release on their website.
Kindest regards.
