I have a question.
Many of the people on the list are involved in advocacy, trying to destigmatise mental illness, changing the power relationships present in healthcare and society in general, etc. In many senses, these activities are political. Could someone help me understand whether and if community psychology is actually a branch of psychology or whether it is best considered politics? And please surface the assumptions in my question of which I may be unaware. Thanks. Tim.
