Can anybody point me in the right direction to obtain government statutory
requirements for finance records retention.
I am very new to archiving. I have a company policy that only relates to the
USA (I work for a US based company) but we are VAT registered in France,
Ireland, Holland & Spain. As such, I need to know how long we need to retain
documents to satisfy these relevant tax authorities in each country, and how
that interlinks with the US SOX requirements.
Is there anybody who can tell where I can start looking for this information?
