Hi
I wonder if anyone can help with a slightly odd copyright query.
We had a customer request some photocopying from a published volume which
would have been more than the 5% allowed. After we’d explained this he said
that he would like to bring in a Dictaphone and dictate the relevant pages into
his machine. Leaving aside the potential disruption in the searchroom, we
weren’t sure whether this would count as breaching copyright.
Any ideas would be gratefully received.
Many thanks
Judith Stephenson
