THis reply to Julian - but others might as well see it. Thanks for this Julian. It lays out some really important and useful approaches to this vexed question - we're just putting together a paper on young people, news and citizenship, referring to Ofcom's various policy documents on the topic, and I hope we can incorporate some of this into it, or at least footnote it.
