Hi, in general when working from the FEAT GUI: when re-running new
contrasts, you can work inside an existing FEAT directory and keep the
existing registration inside that. However, when re-running pre-stats
processing a new FEAT directory gets created, so you would need to re-
run registration. However, a simple workaround to avoiding the latter
is just to copy the "reg" subdirectory from an old FEAT directory with
the registration run in it, once the new FEAT run has finished. The
only downside in that case is that you wouldn't get standard-space
table reports in the new analysis - but higher-level analyses would
still run fine.
Cheers.
