Hi Matthew,
We've been using the randomise_parallel script under FSL 4.1.0 to do TBSS analyses with
TFCE and cluster mass based thresholding. There haven't been any problems for us, and
the speed improvement is significant. Our system is x86 64bit linux running a Rocks SGE
roll.
