Hi,
Just a slight clarification here: FSL4.1 *does* support ANALYZE reading
but *not* writing. In future versions we may drop support for ANALYZE
but currently it is fine to read in these files, although not for
FNIRT warp
fields (coef format) which *cannot* be represented as ANALYZE files.
All the best,
Mark
