Hi OSXlers,
running atlasquery as mentioned below by Steve gives me:
dyld: Library not loaded: @executable_path/../Frameworks/libqt-mt.3.dylib
Referenced from: /usr/local/fsl/bin/atlasquery
Reason: image not found
Trace/BPT trap
on Leopard. How do I load libqt-mt.3.dylib (or other libs I possibly need)?

Hi - yes, you can use the program "atlasquery" for this. For example:
atlasquery -a "Harvard-Oxford Cortical Structural Atlas" -c -8,60,5
