Hello,
If you select all the spectra in the "Viewed Spectra" table (select first,
then with shift key down select the last) then you should hit the "Set
Absent" button to make all the spectra not apear in the toolbar, and "Set
Hidden" to make all the spectra not drawn (I think that is the default)
and then you can individually select which spectra you want drawn / in the
toolbar. Let me know if this is not working for you.
As for that warning, it's coming about because the data model has been
tweaked since the release (believe it or not) and that message is coming
from somewhere in the compatibility code. I've asked Rasmus if it's
something to be worried about and whether it will stop once you save your
project and then open it up again. (But he's busy getting a trip to
Vietnam organised so might not be able to answer for a bit.)
