Hi Antonios - Constantine,
it simply happens because you're supposed to name your design matrix and your contrast "design.mat" and "design.con" respectively... Just change it and it should work fine when you'll re-run fslvbm_3_proc.
If you don't want to re-run the whole thing (the problem happened only at the end of it), just execute the file fslvbm3b (or run it if you've got an SGE system with: ${FSLDIR}/bin/fsl_sub -T 15 -N fslvbm3b ./fslvbm3b).
