Hi,
I'm trying to run findoff in the ccdpack package and get an error, I'm
following an example from the ccdpack manual but it doesn't seem to
work, any suggestions?
here is the problem:
I successfully did a findobj and it created .find files, the command I
used was:
findobj in='"obj143_dbf,obj144_dbf' outlist='*.find' min=12
[caa@kree V1647Ori-31aug08]% dir obj143* obj144*
-rw-r--r--@ 1 caa 100 8614080 Sep 1 04:15 obj143.fits
-rw-r--r--@ 1 caa 100 8614080 Sep 1 04:17 obj144.fits
-rw-r--r-- 1 caa 100 16822272 Sep 3 15:24 obj143_db.sdf
-rw-r--r-- 1 caa 100 16822272 Sep 3 15:24 obj144_db.sdf
-rw-r--r-- 1 caa 100 4457 Sep 3 15:43 obj144_dbf.find
-rw-r--r-- 1 caa 100 4932 Sep 3 15:43 obj143_dbf.find
-rw-r--r-- 1 caa 100 16821760 Sep 3 15:43 obj144_dbf.sdf
-rw-r--r-- 1 caa 100 16821760 Sep 3 15:43 obj143_dbf.sdf
When I run findoff I get this:
[caa@kree V1647Ori-31aug08]% findoff inlist='"obj143_dbf,obj144_dbf"'
outlist='*.off' error=1 maxdisp=10 fast nofailsafe
