What do you mean by delays vector?
Do you mean the vector with slice order in SPM?
If so, what's the manufacturer of your system? We only have
Siemens-scanners, so I can only tell how it works with Siemens' images.
If you have Siemens, then the scanning order you should fill in depends
on the number of slices:
odd number of slices: [1:2:nslices] [2:2:nslices-1]
even number of slices: [2:2:nslices] [1:2:nslices-1]
So the slice which was scanned last is the last but one in your slice box!!!
