Cyril,
The mask does account for the missing regions. I guess my question
would be better phrased as what kinds of problems should I be looking
for in individual functional scans that would cause the creation of a
mask that excludes this region of the brain. Is there a program or
toolbox that can help with this? Moreover, once problematic functional
scans are identified (assuming there are only a few), what is the best
way to handle them?
