Dear list,
I have some trouble with SPM5 when running several batch jobs in
succession. SPM tend to stop at the 2nd job with the following error:
Error running job: Error using ==> text
Value must be finite and greater than zero.

"spm_results_ui" at line 272.

I am running Win XP, Matlab 7.1.0 (R14SP3) and SPM5 with latest updates
(1782). This happens when I load several job files in the GUI and also
when I run the jobs in a script such as:
for i =1:numJobs
load(jobFileName{i});
spm_jobman('run',jobs);
end
Running the jobs one by one, that is loading a single job in the GUI,
cause none of these problems. It should be mentioned that the job files
are generated by a script for each subject. But as long at they run fine
one by one, I do not think this is the problem.
If anyone could offer some advice on how to avoid this problem it would be
greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
