A couple of places left...
Visit to the Horniman Library and Museum. 14th October, 2.30pm to 4.30pm approx.
The Career Development Group - London And South East Divisions invites you to a tour of The Horniman Library, with time to explore the Horniman Museum afterwards.
The Horniman Library collection is based upon the personal library of F. J. Horniman, the founder of the Horniman Museum. The areas that interested F. J. Horniman are represented in material that dates from before 1851, including books on the history of Africa, on entomology, on botany, and books of interest in their own right as objects. The collection has been built up continuously over the past 100 years, and now reflects the current subject areas of the Horniman Museum: natural history, musical instruments, and ethnography.
