how British libraries lent to overseas libraries in 2006 and wrote it up in
an article for Interlending and Document Supply - it's in Vol 36 issue 2

Yes we use all 3

Usually post using insured form, I think it is called Airsure. We also fax
articles if required.

We will not lend our theses outside UK and Ireland. We lend for use in
library only.

Postage costs only.
