We too are looking at overseas loans and would welcome your comments as
well.
I would be intersted to know what you charge and also feedback on IFLA
scheme.
Just recently read Jeans article and can recommend it.

on how British libraries lent to overseas libraries in 2006 and wrote it
up in an article for Interlending and Document Supply - it's in Vol 36

Yes we use all 3

We will not lend our theses outside UK and Ireland. We lend for use in
library only.
