Same issue with the local backup tape as Chris mentions Lost access to Research Pro config files in Millennium web master Links to databases in ERM records in featured lists were lost - but somehow righted themselves before III worked on it (!) Some issues we encountered were:
Loss of templates due to file permission problems.
ERM coverage load needed a fix.
We also needed a fix for displaying Welsh language pages in the WebPAC.
The local tape backup reported using 2 tapes when only one was
available. III said that was normal...
We upgraded in two stages so that the download was done early in the
morning and the second stage when III staff were on duty.
The space check was done well in advance.
I suspect the week is just to give them time to sort out space if you
don't have enough?
