TomTom was streaks ahead of the competition when I researched this last
Xmas, and I believe it still is. The "One" is the smallest and cheapest. It
works well. The "Go" is a larger model which has better speakers and a
slightly wider screen. In general the higher the model number the more
facilities - so choose what suits. I bought one with warning for speedos
which works like a dream but which you have to pay to update it and I have
not yet done this (so as time goes on it misses the newly installed Gatsos).
I can recommend the 700 series, which has bluetooth and can act as a hands
free kit for your phone.
