Dear FSL developers,
We have the same problem with many others when using tbss_3_postreg
with the new fsl version (4.1.0). We tried to used tbss3fix or
tbss3fix_GD as posted in the FSL list but we didn't got anything
different than the following errors:
[eg01@l40 tbss]$ tbss3fix -S
using pre-chosen target for registration
transforming all FA images into MNI152 space

skeletonising mean FA
now view mean_FA_skeleton to check whether the default threshold of 0.2
needs changing, when running:
tbss_4_prestats <threshold>
The operating system version that we are using is a 32bit Red Hat
Enterprise Linux WS release 4 (Nahant Update 7) and the system has 8
Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPUs @ 3 GHz and 16 Gbytes of RAM
Any ideas why this fix doesn't work for us?
Kind regards,
